3 months of Elaine’s and Brent’s support. You will be given a 90 days personalized program to follow at the gym or at home as you request on your form. All programs have a 30 day duration so adjustments and new program will only be accepted after reviewing clients feedback.
Delivery of the meal plan within 5 working days after receiving the anamnesis. Customized diet according to the goal and routine. Feedback every 2 weeks via WhatsApp. 1 (one) change in diet every 2 weeks, only if necessary.
Customer obligation:
- Have a scale to weigh food.
- Submit photos, fasting weight and feedback every 2 Saturday mornings.
- Have all meals according to the plan.
